World Congress of Ethnic Religions: Lithuania - Followers of Lithuanian Religion chose the name "Romuva" in 1920's. The name honors the Prussian Baltic sanctuary Romuva, which stood in the Prussian land of Nadruva (near Chernahovsk in the Kaliningrad region).
