Australasian Proteomics Society - APS promotes proteomics research in Australia and New Zealand.

British Society for Proteome Research - BSPR aims to advance the science of proteomics, to further public education therein and to promote study and research work in proteomics and related subjects for the public benefit.

Deutsche Gesellschaft für Proteomforschung - German Society for Proteomics

Enabling Technologies Project - Genome Canada-sponsored partnership between industry and academic research groups for the creation of tools to extend bioanalytical capabilities. Maintained by Genome Prairie, in Concord, Ontario.

Human Proteome Organisation - Consolidates national and regional proteome organizations engaged in scientific and educational activities to disseminate knowledge of model organisms, technologies and assisting coordination of public initiatives.

Inproteo - Indiana Proteomics Consortium - Eli Lilly and Company together with Indiana University and Purdue University, through their affiliated foundations, formed the Indiana Proteomics Consortium. The consortium’s vision is to develop novel proteomics instrumentation and analytical methods—currently the bottleneck in the science of proteomics—thus accelerating the advancement of the entire field and helping to address unmet medical needs.

Italian Proteome Society - The IPSo (Italian Proteome Society) has been created as a tool for coordination, especially in Italy but in collaboration with other proteome societies in Europe and around the world as well, of proteome research.

Michigan Proteome Consortium - Aimed at industry and academic research institutions to provide proteome mapping, protein microarray, yeast hybrid and informatics core laboratories coordinated by University of Michgian, Ann Arbor, MI.

Montreal Proteomics Network - A network of over 75 researchers whose goal is to identify, localize and characterize every protein in every organelle of the mammalian cell.

Proteome Society - Provides glossary, career opportunities, education, scientific posters, seminars and meeting reviews. Includes discussion board for panel discussions, a public forum and worldwide networking from Ross, CA.

Proteomics Platform - Wallenberg Consortium North - The Wallenberg Consortium North is an initiative for medical and biological research. The WCN consists of researchers from seven universities in central and northern Sweden. The Proteomics platform includes a unit for Structural proteomics, aiming at high throughput protein production in bacterial and eukaryotic _expression systems for structural and functional studies,a unit for Affinity reporter proteomics, aiming at building up a resource facility for generation of affinity reagents for functional proteomics and provides facilities forthe characterisation of proteins by mass spectrometry and other techniques.

Proteomics Platform for the Netherlands - The proteomics platform was formed in the end of 2000 as an initiative of Connie Jiménez (VU, Amsterdam) in order to stimulate the exchange of knowledge/information between Dutch research groups that engage in fast-moving field of proteome research.

ProteomicsNetwork.de - ProteomicsNetwork.de is a communication platform for the biotechnology programme "New efficient methods for functional proteome analysis" funded by the German Federal Ministry for Education and Research. The platform offers an internal area where project members may exchange knowledge, discuss results and topics related to proteomics, and plan joint activities.

SFEAP Société Française d'Electrophorèse et d'Analyse Protéomique - French Society of Electrophoresis and Proteomics Analysis

Swedish Proteomics Society - The Swedish Proteomics Society intends to promote activities within the Proteomics field in Sweden, and also acts as an interface to the international Proteomics programs.

Swiss Proteomics Society - Statutes, committee and contacts for membership details. Features career and other links, including deadlines for their three day congress at Bern, Switzerland.
